My Story

In 2009 I graduated in Physics and Philosophy from Oxford University (Oriel College) with first class honours. I received my Master's degree with distinction in Theoretical Physics from Imperial College London the following year. After a brief stint in the space industry working for EADS Astrium in southern Germany, I moved to the United States in 2011 to begin my doctorate at Clemson University, focusing my research on approaches to quantum gravity. I received my PhD in 2016.

Since 2017 I have held teaching positions at various colleges in the northwest corner of Washington State. I am now a full-time senior instructor at Western Washington University. I live in Bellingham with my spouse, my two sons and five furry critters. I continue my research in questions related to the foundations of quantum mechanics and gravity when time allows. Recently I've become lead programmer at Depraved Fancy, a newly founded small indie game studio.

My list of publication can be found on Arxiv.
